Partner Training

The eEye Digital Security Partner Program Certification Training for both sales and technical contacts enables our partners to enhance their breadth of skills and understanding across key eEye technologies.

By choosing to participate in the training programs, partners will specialize in multiple product offerings that are related to their core product and service offerings. This helps to further validate your broad-based value proposition and will help increase your understanding of eEye products and improve credibility with your customers.

eEye Certified Sales Specialist

The streamlined sales training for partners allows achievement of sales accreditation on eEye Digital Security’s product offerings. The sales training program comes at no additional cost and provides our partners with accelerated training and understanding of eEye's products. The training module takes into account learning style preferences in a flexible manner to support our partners' regional requirements and market segmentation efforts. The training modules and assessments, which take approximately three hours to complete, will allow partners to build toward future equity and benefits in the eEye Partner Program.

Certification Requirements

• Attend a live 60 minute product overview online meeting organized by your channel manager
• Attend a live 60 minute Blink Endpoint Protection Platform online demonstration*
• Attend a live 60 minute Retina Vulnerability Assessment and Management online demonstration*

eEye Certified Technical Specialist

The eEye Digital Security technical training program is designed to equip channel partners with a comprehensive technical training course. By providing channel partners with a deeper understanding of eEye’s offerings, partners will have the tools to generate more revenue and achieve greater success as they enhance the depth of their understanding to better engage with their customers. The technical training program is available without charge to eEye partners and will include two technical reviews which will take place over a two day period.

Certification Requirements

• Attend a live 90 minute Blink Endpoint Protection online demonstration*
• Attend a live 2 hour Retina Vulnerability Assessment and Management and Retina Web Security Scanner online demonstration*

*Please note, a minimum of a 65 percent engagement level is required during the online presentations. Engagement levels below this value require that the webinar be repeated.
