(Irvine, CA) — The product analyst for eEye will be responsible for coordinating the release of software products to key accounts and maintenance functions associated with the release of software to customers. This position will work closely with Product Management to assist in maintaining product requirements and the feature backlog and act as the liaison between Product Management, Engineering, Support, Sales and Marketing. Additional daily responsibilities will focus on the coordination of hardware vendors for eEye’s appliance solutions.
Specific responsibilities will involve:
- Releasing to clients new and update software solutions an documentation
- Notification to critical clients of maintenance related items
- Bulk distribution of software updates through direct communications
- Create release notes for new and updated features
- Assist sales and marketing with promotion of products
- With overview form the VP of Product Management and Development
- Construction of support reports for key clients
- Analysis of compliancy requirements for product features
Skills
- A familiarization of the Agile Development Process
- Understandings of good security practices and secure computing
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and MS Visio
- Strong social and verbal skills
