(Irvine, CA) — eEye Digital Security is looking for a student with a basic level of network security knowledge. This internship will be primarily responsible for the assistance of the Research Team with vulnerability and threat identification, classification, and analysis. This is an opportunity to gain valuable experience in an exciting field surrounded by individuals that are highly motivated in helping to manage security threats.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support Research Honeypot Infrastructure
- Develop Automated Identification / Analysis Tools
- Support / Develop Honeypot Database Systems
Required Skills & Experience
- Ability to interact with team members to troubleshoot problems
- Strong interest in network security
- Basic technical understanding of exploits / malware / vulnerabilities
- MS SQL development / administration experience
- Python / C# Development Skills
