eEye Digital Security is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Technical Support team. If desired and qualified, a successful candidate can eventually transition into a Software Quality Assurance or Software Development position.
As a member of the eEye Technical Support team, the Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for the following:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer trouble tickets
- Provide troubleshooting and debugging for customer problems
- Provide phone support to Key Accounts
- Escalate necessary items to Engineering for resolution
- Manage customer communication and expectations
- Provide communication flow to the Development and Quality Assurance teams
- Reports to Director of Engineering
Position Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 3+ years in enterprise software customer support
- Knowledge of security software, networking and Windows OS
