Ovidentia Multiple Vulnerabilities
Patch Not Yet Available
Ovidentia 7.9.4 and possibly earlier versions.
Ovidentia contains cross-site scripting vulnerabilities when handling input passed via GET and POST parameters, and an SQL injection vulnerability. These may be leveraged by attackers to gain access to sensitive data and possibly perform actions on behalf of target users.
Input passed to Ovidentia is not properly sanitized, allowing a remote attacker to perform cross-site scripting attacks, as well as SQL injection. This allows the attacker access to sensitive data, which can then be used against the target server or against users.
No mitigations currently available at this time.
BeyondTrust's Retina® Network Security Scanner scans devices to detect for this vulnerability.
