Aloaha PDF Suite Buffer Overflow Vulnerability

Aloaha PDF Suite v220.127.116.11 and possibly earlier versions
Aloaha PDF Suite contains a buffer overflow vulnerability that is exploitable by a maliciously crafted PDF file. Remote attackers may specially craft a PDF to leverage this vulnerability in order to gain arbitrary code execution in the context of the currently logged on user.
Remote Code Execution
Exploitation of these vulnerabilities is possible through the use of methods like phishing attacks, where an attacker convinces a user to open a maliciously crafted attachment with a vulnerable program. Remote attackers who successfully exploit this vulnerability will be able to execute code on the vulnerable system with the same rights as the currently logged on user.
